Meta and the Universal Music Group Sign a New Multi-Year Contract for Music Licensing

​A new phase of the collaboration between Meta and Universal Music Group (UMG) will enable artists on the label to exhibit their work on all Meta platforms. When the two businesses first signed a contract in 2017, UMG granted licenses for its libraries to be used on Meta platforms, allowing content makers to incorporate songs from the label's artists into their works.
