According to new data, non-fungible token (NFT) sales have dropped by 92 percent since September.
After noting that NFT sales dropped from a daily average of 225,000 seven months ago to 19,000 this week, the website NonFungible concluded that the "NFT market is imploding." Furthermore, active wallets, which are used to hold NFTs, fell by 88 percent. NFT interest has also dropped drastically in online searches. Search interest peaked in January 2022, according to Google Trends, but has since dropped by 89 percent. During a recent auction of Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey's first tweet, the drop was also visible. The NFT was purchased for $2.9 million last year. The best bid for the NFT at the auction last month was only $280.

NFTglee has partnered with John Salley in a meaningful move to own the rights, distribution, and ongoing value creation associated with his content and brand. John Salley and NFTglee will launch The SPRK Network, built exclusively on Bitcoin, to unlock the freedom rights that have been taken by media conglomerates for decades. Celebrity tokens will now be associated with the 'NIL' (name, image, likeness) rights rather than unfair and upside down contracts pilfered by Hollywood for far too long. |
