Rapper PnB Rock, from Philadelphia, was killed on Monday in what the police said they thought to be a robbery that happened after the musician was tagged on social media at a restaurant in South Los Angeles. He was known for his melodic tones, RnB style vibes, and songs like "Everyday We Lit" and "Selfish."
Chief Michel Moore of the Los Angeles Police Department said in comments to local reporters on Tuesday that the rapper was "brutally attacked by an individual who apparently, or we believe, came to the location after a social media posting of the artist and the woman accompanying him, posting on Instagram a picture of the meal." Young Thug already has a trial date set for his RICO case in Georgia, but he will now have to deal with a completely different matter months after his initial trial.
AEG, a live entertainment business, is suing Young Thug for $6 million, according to a report by AllHipHop that was released on Monday, August 22. AEG claims that the rapper disregarded an agreement they reached in 2017. According to the lawsuit, Thug, real name Jeffrey Williams, received a $5 million advance from AEG in exchange for the exclusive rights to his gigs. Despite their agreement, the business asserts that Williams broke the deal shortly after the ink dried.

Gunna, the rapper behind "Pushin' P," surrendered to authorities earlier this week as part of a 28-person indictment involving members of the Young Stoner Life (YSL) group. He is charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
Gunna appeared in court for a bond hearing on Wednesday (May 12), and he was denied bond. Gunna's attorneys, Donald F. Samuel, John A. Garland, and Kristen W. Novay, issued a statement regarding the charges. According to the statement, "Mr. Sergio Kitchens, also known as Gunna, is not guilty. The indictment portrays his music as part of a criminal plot, which is incorrect. Mr. Kitchens has been an advocate for his community, and it is our honor to represent him." Young Thug was also refused bond after appearing via video from Fulton County Jail in front of Judge Robert Wolf on Wednesday (May 11). Young Thug is charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and one count of criminal street gang activity. Archie Eversole, an Atlanta-based rapper best known for his hit single "We Ready" featuring Bubba Sparxxx, died at the age of 37.
On March 25, Archie, born Arthur Eversole, was shot at a Chevron gas station on Snapfinger Woods Drive, and police responded to a complaint about the shooting. He was transferred to a local hospital, where his injuries were treated, and he died on April 3rd. Alexander Kraus, Archie's brother, has been accused with his murder, according to Georgia's DeKalb County police. Kraus was initially charged with aggravated assault following the gunshot, but his charges were increased to murder after Eversole died, according to local sources.
